Injection moulding

The moulding department has injection presses with manipulators for quality control and tonnages ranging from a minimum of 55 tons to a maximum of 520 tons. All machines are equipped with the most modern automation systems and devices for thermoregulation, essication and dehumidification of technopolymers, various robotic handling machines and conveyor belts.

In order to offer prime quality moulded products at decisively competitive prices, Giussani Stampi uses the consulting services of leading companies in the production of raw materials in order to locate and select the best thermoplastic resins available on the market, certified at the source to guarantee the best quality of the moulded product.

Systematic controls are carried out during the entire production process to ensure that technical, aesthetic and dimensional requisites are fulfilled according to Client's specifications.

Finishing & assembly

The assembly department was conceived and developed through the years with the goal of supplying Customers with a complete service. Giussani Stampi's corporate mission is that of becoming the only supplier for its Partner Client in all production phases in order to totally optimize the price-quality ratio.

The department has ultrasound welders to guarantee specific adjustments to every product type and hot blade welders with temperature controls to obtain a perfect weld every time. Each piece is checked and tested by the technical staff before being packaged and sent to the Client.

The vehicle fleet, which includes transport vehicles owned by the company or by associated transporters, ensures that Customers can depend on an efficient, versatile delivery service.
