The latest purchase from Giussani Stampi is the NPM Group’s MULTI-INJECTION. Innovative hybrid and electric injection press that allows you to apply multiple injections that can work autonomously and independently, ensuring maximum flexibility and adaptability to the customer’s specific molding needs. The co-injection technique finds application in the production of articles made with different materials. This technique involves the injection of the two materials in sequence through the same nozzle. The adoption of this production process has:
– technical reasons: materials with different physico-chemical characteristics can be combined;
– economic reasons: it is possible to use particularly valuable materials for the external part only;
–ethical reasons: any printed product can also include recycled materials ONLY IN THE INTERNAL PART, generating a considerable saving of virgin plastic.
